IQanat is a unique educational and social project aimed at providing opportunities for all rural schoolchildren in the country to get quality education. The project prepares thousands of rural students to enter universities on a grant basis. IQanat has a national status and already covers all 166 districts of the country.
The main goal of IQanat is to help rural children to prove themselves, raise their self-esteem, give them an opportunity to get quality education on a par with urban children and enter the best universities on a grant basis.
Over 200,000 rural children have taken part in the Olympiad over the past six years, of which 6,000 have been covered by a 3-year development program and 55,000 by motivational training. In 2022 alone, 26 IQanat graduates entered foreign universities (USA, Canada, Lithuania, Italy, Turkey, UAE, Russia), 575 became students of Kazakhstan's top universities. Of the total number of program graduates, 86.4% entered the grant.
To increase the coverage of the project, the Public Foundation "IQanat Educational Foundation" is working on inviting Kazakhstani businesses to unite in a common mission for the benefit of rural children.
Our organization became a Trustee of IQanat Foundation for Ulan district of East Kazakhstan region for 2023-2024 academic year.
