Professional Experience
Has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of law, corporate governance, and implementation of infrastructure and investment projects.

Started his professional career in 1998 with service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Worked in the prosecution authorities, progressing from Senior Assistant Prosecutor to Head of Department of the Almaty City Prosecutor’s Office.

Held executive positions in a number of major companies, including Kaztemirtrans JSC, Lokomotiv Kurastyru Zauyty JSC (an investment project of Kazakhstan Temir Zholy NC JSC implemented jointly with General Electric), International Center for Boundary Cooperation “Khorgos” JSC, Management Company of the Special Economic Zone “Khorgos – Eastern Gate” JSC, and First Wind Power Plant LLP (a subsidiary of Samruk-Energy JSC).

Also served as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board at the International Green Technologies and Investment Projects Center NJSC under the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Investment Fund of Kazakhstan JSC.

Since November 2022, has been appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Dosjan Temir Joly JSC.

State and Industry Awards
2017 — Certificate of Honor from the Chairman of the Management Board of Samruk-Energy JSC and commemorative medal;
2017 — Certificate of Honor from the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.A. Bozumbayev;
2018 — commemorative medal for contribution to the development of Astana;
