For 10 months of 2022, video surveillance devices recorded 8 cases of violation of traffic rules, in terms of the passage of the forbidding signal of the crossing alarm at the crossing. In all cases, violators were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 607 Part 1 of the "Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
For 10 months of 2021, video surveillance devices recorded 29 cases of violations of traffic rules, in terms of the passage of the forbidding signal of the crossing alarm at the crossing. In all cases, violators were brought to administrative responsibility under Article 607 Part 1 of the "Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
In order to ensure the safety of train traffic and not to allow violation of traffic rules, JSC "DTJ" together with the police department of the Ulan district, preventive work is carried out on a regular basis with drivers of motor vehicles and with the population of nearby settlements by distributing memos on the rules of travel at railway crossings.
