September 12, 2025 — Akim of East Kazakhstan Region Nurymbet Saktaganov held a working meeting with Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Dosjan temir joly, Nurlan Sak

The parties discussed the prospects for constructing a Transport and Logistics Complex near the village of Kasym Kaysenov.

The project, implemented by DTJ Commerce LLP, a subsidiary of JSC Dosjan temir joly, envisions the establishment of a modern cargo consolidation and distribution center in a strategically advantageous location near the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

JSC Dosjan temir joly emphasized the strategic importance of the project for regional economic development and for strengthening transport and logistics potential. In turn, the regional akim highlighted the project’s investment appeal and its focus on supporting small and medium-sized businesses. Special attention was given to the project’s integration into regional infrastructure, including the possibility of its inclusion in the list of priority projects of East Kazakhstan Region and in the national pool of investment projects.

Following the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness for constructive cooperation, including through existing state mechanisms for investor support (“one-stop shop” principle) and the national digital investment platform.

JSC Dosjan temir joly reaffirmed its commitment to high quality standards and the project’s social orientation.

The implementation of the Transport and Logistics Complex will create new jobs, expand business opportunities, improve freight transportation efficiency, and establish a modern logistics infrastructure aligned with the objectives outlined in the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
