In order to ensure the continuity of train traffic and uninterrupted operation on the Shar-Novoustkamenogorsk section of Dosjan temir joly JSC in winter, the Order of the Chairman of the Board of Dosjan temir joly JSC dated 06/23/2022 No. 110 approved an Operational Plan for snowmaking and organizational and technical measures to prepare farms for the winter of 2022-2023.
For the timely implementation of the planned activities, a permanent commission has been established, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the Production Management Board of Dosjan temir joly JSC.
According to the approved measures, the following works were carried out:
Contracts have been concluded with the branches of JSC NC KTZ - Semey branch of the Backbone Network and LLP KTZ-freight Transportation for the provision of locomotive traction services, for the operation of track snow removal, snow removal equipment.
The condition of lighting equipment, station, shunting and loudspeaker communications equipment was checked, radio stations and alarm systems were checked, all service and technical, industrial and household premises were prepared for winter, the condition of electric drives and headsets was checked, the condition of lighting equipment at stations and crossings was checked.
The readiness of snow removal techniques was checked together with representatives of the branch of JSC "NC "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy"-"Semey branch of the backbone network" and the Ayagoz distance of the way with a trial trip.
Infrastructure facilities are ready to work in winter conditions.
Snow–fighting works on the railway line will be carried out in 2 stages - the composition of the 1st and 2nd stage brigades has been determined, in case of prolonged snowfalls, the 3rd stage brigades will be formed from among the workers involved in coordination with the Akims of the Zharminsky and Ulansky districts.
Employees are provided with winter workwear, personal protective equipment, food and necessary equipment for work in winter.
