According to the notification scheme, the dispatching department reported the fact of the theft to the linear police department at the Oskemen-1 station. After that, an investigative-operational group went to the scene and in the course of operational-search activities, the transport police officers identified and detained a previously convicted resident of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, who confessed, and was later convicted by the court under part 1 of article 188 of the Criminal Code Republic of Kazakhstan.
