On July 11, 2025, a round table meeting was held in the Akimat of Ulan district, chaired by Deputy Akim Kenzhetaeva L.K. The discussion was attended by representatives of the VKF of Dosjan temir joly JSC, the line department of the police station. Oskemen-1, akims of Yeginsu and Ayyrtau rural districts, directors of the KGP at Ulan-Vet, as well as employees of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture.
The main topic was the exit of cattle to the railway track located on the Shar – Novoustkamenogorsk section, passing through the territory of the Ulan district, which poses a threat to traffic safety. The meeting participants discussed the causes of the problem and took measures to address it - strengthening grazing control, preventive work with the public and interaction with law enforcement agencies.
Following the meeting, instructions were given to take concrete measures to prevent such cases.
