On February 14, 2023, a nodal meeting was held on ensuring the safety of train traffic on the Shar– Novoustkamenogorsk railway section with the participation of A.I. Rakhimov, the Chief Traffic Safety Auditor of «Dosjan temir joly» JSC, D.N. Borbasov, Chief Engineer of the East Kazakhstan Branch of «Dosjan temir joly» JSC, together with the acting head of the Oskemen Operational locomotive depot of the branch of LLP «KTJ - Freight transportation»-«Semey branch of СT» Butabaev A.N. and R.K. Mukhamedzhanov.
Deputy Head of the Oskemen Operational Wagon Depot, was invited to the meeting by employees of the labor collectives of the East Kazakhstan branch of «Dosjan temir joly» JSC, the Oskemen Operational Locomotive Depot, as well as employees of the Oskemen operational wagon depot.
During the meeting, the Chief Traffic Safety Auditor of «Dosjan temir joly» JSC, A.I. Rakhimov, together with the head of the Oskemen Operational Locomotive Depot, A.N. Butabaev, familiarized attended people with the analysis of the state of train safety on the Shar– Novoustkamenogorsk section for January and 10 days of February 2023.
D.N. Borbasov, Chief Engineer of the VKF of DTJ JSC, noted that the main task of holding nodal meetings is the unification and interaction of all structural units in the transportation process, the implementation of the train schedule, the identification of the causes of traffic safety violations in train and shunting work, violations of the work and rest regime of locomotive crews, disruptions in operational work, and taking measures to prevent them.
Also, during the nodal meeting, employees of labor collectives exchanged views on production issues related to ensuring the safety of train traffic on the Shar – Novoustkamenogorsk railway section and the mutual solution of tasks assigned to labor collectives.
