At the East Kazakhstan Branch of Dosjan temir joly JSC, an event took place that was filled with both warm gratitude and the gentle sadness of farewell: our colleague, Akzhan Oral-Gazyyevna Rakhimzhanova, was seen off to her well-deserved retirement.
Her professional journey with the Company began in 2008. Since then, she has carried out personnel-related work, ensuring stability and consistency in human resources management processes. Over the years of her service, many employees began their path within the Company under her professional guidance, as for many of them, their journey in the organization started with the HR department.
HR work requires not only knowledge of legislation and procedures, but also a special human approach. In her work, Akzhan Oral-Gazyyevna combined principle with attentiveness, exacting standards with respect for people, thereby fostering trust and stability within the team.
