In a friendly and constructive atmosphere, the Local Trade Union of Employees of JSC “Dosjan temir joly” and LLP “DTJ Service” approved the collective agreement for 2026. During the meeting, the parties discussed key issues of social and labor relations and reached mutual agreement on all main provisions of the document.
The collective agreement is aimed at protecting employees’ rights, improving working conditions, and strengthening partnership relations between the trade union and the employer. This, in turn, contributes to stable and well-coordinated work of the teams.
