A two-day Design Thinking training by Assel Narymbetova was conducted for employees of the Central Office of Dosjan temir joly JSC, as well as for the management of the East Kazakhstan Branch, DTJ Service LLP, and DTJ Commerce LLP.
During the training, participants were introduced to the Design Thinking methodology and its practical tools aimed at identifying stakeholder needs, developing managerial and organizational solutions, and testing them in practice.
The training program focused on developing systemic and team-based thinking, as well as applying modern approaches to problem-solving in professional activities.
